Procedure

  • Rewrite the first screen around management overhead, operational continuity, standardization, visibility and one accountable partner.
  • Remove low-level lead language that starts with CPR, cards, classes, certificates or paperwork unless it is supporting copy.
  • Confirm the CTA sells the Executive Workforce Readiness Plan or a readiness review, not a workbook or generic audit.
  • Check every claim against approved language. Do not imply government, public-employer or certification-organization endorsement.
  • Add a scope boundary when mentioning compliance, credentials, instructor delivery, employee data or certification handling.
  • Run the final copy through the prohibited-claim test before publishing.
