Procedure
- Confirm the requested class type is in approved service scope.
- Verify instructor credentials before assignment.
- Confirm roster, location, date, room/site constraints and equipment.
- Send reminders to client contacts and instructor.
- Collect attendance and completion records after delivery.
- Process certification records according to approved credentialing rules.
- Update client records and schedule the renewal action.
