Procedure

  • Confirm the requested class type is in approved service scope.
  • Verify instructor credentials before assignment.
  • Confirm roster, location, date, room/site constraints and equipment.
  • Send reminders to client contacts and instructor.
  • Collect attendance and completion records after delivery.
  • Process certification records according to approved credentialing rules.
  • Update client records and schedule the renewal action.
