Procedure
- Create the client account and assign internal owner.
- Confirm executive, operations, safety, HR and location contacts.
- Collect or import employee roster through CSV upload.
- Import existing records and identify missing fields.
- Confirm locations, shifts, scheduling constraints and first-session priorities.
- Draft annual calendar and reporting cadence.
- Schedule kickoff and confirm the first operational action.
