Procedure

  • Create the client account and assign internal owner.
  • Confirm executive, operations, safety, HR and location contacts.
  • Collect or import employee roster through CSV upload.
  • Import existing records and identify missing fields.
  • Confirm locations, shifts, scheduling constraints and first-session priorities.
  • Draft annual calendar and reporting cadence.
  • Schedule kickoff and confirm the first operational action.
